Exit Interview with Starlet

How would you describe your experience in the competition?

It was wonderful and challenging but overall, it was an incredible experience. To be able to showcase my drag in the competition was an amazing opportunity and I would do it again every day.

What was your favourite part of the experience?

I'd say my favourite part was meeting everybody and just being exposed to this experience with everyone together. Also, getting to see RuPaul in person for the first time was cool! It was also an incredible experience being able to dress as Patsy from Absolutely Fabulous in front of the legendary Dame Joanna Lumley. There were just too many incredible experiences to count.

What’s next for Starlet?

I’m excited to get into all the amazing opportunities that are waiting for me and I can’t wait to see what the future holds! I am hoping that were will be lots of touring, lots of fashion and lots of make up. Fingers crossed!

What advice would you give to any budding drag queens watching?

Always work from your heart and follow your dreams. There may be challenges at times and things you’ll learn along the way doing drag but it’s important to never give up and chase what you want in life. No matter what it takes!
