Tia, why RuPaul’s Drag Race UK Versus the World?
I’m back again ready to slay the world. I plan to go from Baroness Basic to Queen of the Mothertucking World. I’m looking for a redemption moment for my performance on my first Drag Race season. Although I do think doing a roly poly in front of a RuPaul dressed as an ice cream cone is a moment for the history books.
I’m back to absolutely annihilate this competition. I'm more confident, and I know how to play the game. I’m not a babychino anymore. I'm a full size grande latte with oat milk because I don't like dairy.
As the Drag Race UK hosting nation, are you feeling the pressure?
I do feel a lot of pressure, because I am representing Drag Race UK series 2, which is arguably one of the best series of drag race ever. It's been said by many, it's not just me saying that, but I think I can do it, I've had a glow up and now I’m ready to show up.
What have you been up to since you appeared on RuPaul’s Drag Race Series 2?
I’ve been releasing lots of music, and it’s done really well, thank you, and I’ve been touring, not just the UK but internationally. I’ve been on The Weakest Link, that was camp, and I’ve been presenting on my specialist subject , The Eurovision song contest. I’ve had a ball.
What would you do if aliens invaded the Earth?
If aliens are invading the planet, I would join them because they know better than us. They are the Overlords.
