Spill the Tea - RuPaul's Drag Race Season 12 Episode 1 Review!

SPOILERS BELOW if you haven’t watched the first episode yet!

Wow!

Season 12 has landed and we are shook, what a first episode.

Now let us start by saying usually we judge each girl walking in with a love or hate. But after this first episode we literally love them all. The girls killed, wait not CRUSHED IT!

We are going to pick a few of our favourites below, let us know your thoughts and if you agree with us or not!

I’m always underwhelmed by the entrance looks but Crystal Methyd really caught my eye this Season (very closely followed by GiGi Goode

Heidi N Closet had me in stitches the whole time! The Chicken comment - DEAD!

Best Spring look to me went to Widow Von’Du - I was not expecting something like this!

I think this also shocked me because I wasn’t overly impressed with her cast reveal look so this really knocked it out the park for me. However when she did put the hood down I did think she looked like the most gorgeous Venus flytrap you have ever seen.

(Also I mean flowers for spring, really… yawn I’m looking at you Nicky Doll. )

Again I’m not sure if it was because Heidi N Closet was my least favourite of the cast reveal outfits but girl she pulled it off.

I am living for the Moana fantasy with Brita just saying.

But my overall best looking out of Drag is Jackie Cox, you really shouldn’t have covered up. Damn just saying!

Brita was very very close but GiGi’s verse is the one I’m singing in the shower.

Again she caught me off guard and those moves, oooooo they had me living!

Seriously though - can we talk about how hard this was for a first challenge and how none of the girls flopped. Not one of them, they all KILLED IT! Huge round of applause to you all.

We can’t wait for the next episode and to meet the other girls!
